Ballet

               
    Ballet is an excellent dance for shaping alignment, technique, aesthetic purity of line
    and grace.  Also, Ballet is fundamental for molding the dancer's body for all other
    dances by creating a proper base for movement.
         
    Our Ballet classes are designed for both children and adults at all levels.  If you have
    always dreamed of taking Ballet; it is never too late to begin, regardless of your age!  
    Ballet is a great form of exercise for shaping the Gluteus Maximus (the rear bottom),
    legs and abdomen
